Cyprus Company Registry provides access to a searchable database of business entities registered in Cyprus, sourced from the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property. Our Service includes:

• Company status and historical data
• Data export capabilities (on paid plans)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

5.2 Permitted Use

5.3 Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data. All data is provided "as is" from official sources.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription tiers with different features and usage limits. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your selected plan.

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused time.

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and content (excluding public registry data), is owned by Cyprus Company Registry and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or software without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of data
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

Use of the Service is at your own risk. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYPRUS COMPANY REGISTRY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cyprus Company Registry, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cyprus Company Registry regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
